Entrepreneurship has become something of a symbol of our times. More and more often, we hear people proudly say that they are entrepreneurs, or that they dream of becoming one.

And that really is a good thing. It deserves praise.

But not because the title of entrepreneur carries special weight in itself. Rather, because it speaks of a person's courage to recognise what they want and follow a path that makes sense to them. That is where the real value lies.

Still, it is important to remind ourselves that a person's greatness does not depend on whether they run their own business or work for someone else. Someone who approaches a 9-to-5 job with love and dedication, who finds peace and fulfilment in their work, is just as valuable as someone building their own company.

Whether someone is a shop manager, a cook, an artist, a worker or a director, every role performed with integrity, passion and commitment deserves the same respect.

Ultimately, what defines us is not our title, but our attitude towards what we do. Strength lies in being present in who we are, rather than becoming something "more". True greatness lies in the courage to live in harmony with ourselves, rather than in comparison with others.

In a society that often celebrates only outwardly visible success, perhaps the bravest act is precisely this: remaining true to yourself and your own path, whatever it may be.
