This is not a space for easy formulas or prepared answers. It is a space for the questions we often avoid asking ourselves.
I write from the experience of a man who has built, fallen, lost and begun again. From an experience that taught me business decisions are never merely business decisions.
Behind every result are people. Every success carries a price. Every decision leaves consequences that someone must live with.
Years spent in entrepreneurship and leading people taught me that a company is not only a system, revenue or a market position. It is a reflection of how we use power, carry responsibility, speak to people and live with our own choices.
That is why I do not write to offer formulas. I write to name what is often seen in business but rarely spoken aloud. The people behind the titles. Leadership without slogans. Decisions that leave a mark.
From experience to a platform
Why I am building this platform.
I want the questions I explore in my essays to remain accessible and connected beyond the short life of an individual post. That is why I am building the Reshid Dervishi professional platform under my own name: a space where business experience becomes a starting point for reading, reflection and conversation.
I write for people who build companies, lead teams or try to understand their place at work. Essays open individual questions, topics connect them, and books give me room to explore them in greater depth. Through media and collaboration, that conversation can continue with a wider audience.
I am not interested only in how a company is built. I am interested in who a person becomes while building it.
