Collaboration

Work with Reshid Dervishi.

Advisory, talks and writing projects on leadership, organisational culture and practical AI in everyday work.

Ways to collaborate

From a specific question to a useful next step.

I start with how work actually happens: who makes decisions, how information reaches people and where time, accountability or trust are lost. The topic and format are shaped around that situation.

01

Business advisory

For managers and teams seeking clearer responsibilities, better communication and a closer look at how decisions are made and carried out.

Focus: a specific workplace problem and agreed next steps.

02

AI in everyday business

A review of recurring tasks, information flows and opportunities for AI to help prepare documents, reports and organise work.

Focus: where AI can be useful, what is needed and how to check its output.

03

Talks and workshops

For business events, universities and internal team sessions. Topics include responsible leadership, trust and organisational culture.

Focus: a topic shaped around the audience, with time for questions and discussion.

04

Interviews and podcasts

Conversations about leadership, entrepreneurship, working relationships and the human cost of success, for media outlets and podcast hosts.

Focus: experience and questions that matter to the audience.

05

Publishing and writing projects

Collaboration with publishers and editors on manuscripts, essays, excerpts and other writing projects.

The manuscript “The Philosophy of Entrepreneurship” is currently seeking a publisher.

06

Education and organisations

Collaboration with universities, professional communities and organisations seeking to connect business practice with responsibility and human relationships.

Focus: a format and subject suited to the purpose of the session.

Getting started

First, we understand what is needed.

  1. Describe the situation.

Tell me the problem or topic, who the collaboration is for and what you hope to achieve.

  2. Agree the scope.

We agree the goal, format, timeframe, information needed and terms of the collaboration.

  3. Work on what we agreed.

A talk, workshop, advisory session or writing project has a defined scope and clear next steps.

Work and approach

Get to know my work before we talk.

I write about leadership, entrepreneurship, responsibility and human relationships. I am the author of “The Philosophy of Entrepreneurship”, a manuscript currently seeking a publisher. My essays and biography offer a closer look at the questions I explore.

Before your enquiry

Questions about collaboration.

Who are advisory sessions for?

Managers and teams looking at a specific issue in work organisation, communication or decision making. An initial enquiry helps establish whether my approach fits that need.

What does collaboration on AI involve?

An initial review of recurring work and the information a team uses. We then identify potential uses, the tools needed and how to check results. Any implementation or development work is scoped separately.

How are the format and fee agreed?

They depend on the topic, duration, preparation and scope. Please say whether you are seeking advisory sessions, a talk, a workshop or another form of collaboration. Terms are agreed before work begins.

How can I propose an interview or publishing project?

Send the name of the outlet or publisher, the subject or project, proposed format and approximate timeframe. For publishing enquiries, you can also name the manuscript you are interested in.

Let us start with the question that matters to you now.

Briefly describe the situation, your goal and the kind of collaboration you have in mind.
