Who controls the data
Reshid Dervishi is responsible for information processed through reshid.com. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions, email info@reshid.com.
Comments
When you submit a comment, the site processes your name, comment, optional email and a technical hash of your IP address. Your name and an approved comment become public. Email addresses and IP hashes are never displayed publicly. The IP hash is used only to limit abuse, and technical rate-limit records are removed after 24 hours.
Comments are published only after manual moderation. Rejected and spam comments are automatically deleted after 90 days. Pending comments are retained until moderation, while approved comments remain while published or until deletion is requested.
Reply notifications
If you request an email when the author replies, you will first receive a confirmation message. Notifications remain inactive until you open that link. Your email is used only for the selected comment and does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Every notification includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing removes the email from the notification record.
Spam protection
Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine visitors from automated requests. Cloudflare may process necessary technical information under its privacy terms. Time-based tokens, a honeypot field and request limits provide additional protection.
Contact, book interest and newsletter
Information submitted through other forms is used only to respond or provide the service you explicitly requested. Newsletter consent is separate and voluntary.
Analytics and notifications
The site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate visits and improve content. Push notifications are sent only to devices that explicitly allow them and can be disabled in browser or device settings.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information and withdraw consent. For a comment request, include the article and the name used so the record can be identified.

Material changes will be published on this page with a revised update date.
