The beginning of learning can be uncomfortable precisely because it’s visible. You want to do a good job, but you don’t have a routine yet. You get stuck, ask questions, repeat things, and spend a lot of time on what more experienced people finish quickly.
It’s hard to live with the gap between who you want to be and what you’re currently capable of, especially if you think you should already be performing with confidence.
Staying in that process doesn’t mean repeating the same thing over and over. You need feedback: what isn’t working, how to practice, and when to ask for help. Time alone isn’t a guarantee that clumsiness will turn into mastery.
It’s okay to allow yourself to be a beginner. You don’t have to look excellent right away to have a reason to keep learning.
