Our age of the internet and instant gratification is slowly distancing us from what was once normal: effort, patience, and process.

And this is precisely where the problem arises. Effort is not an obstacle to growth. Effort is growth. Personal strength comes from growth. Moving forward comes from personal strength.

Without progress, there is no real success. Without effort, there are no lasting achievements. A quick result doesn’t mean we’ve already developed the habits and knowledge needed to sustain it. Because value isn’t in what you get. Value is in who you become along the way.

It’s important to link effort with evaluating results. It’s not enough to keep repeating the same thing if we don’t understand what needs to be changed.
