Individuals and organizations often wander into a “comfort zone” and keep using the same methods, the same tools and the same approaches because they worked once, long ago.

But what delivered results yesterday becomes an obstacle today.

The market is a living thing: it breathes, grows and changes, and it does not forgive those who rest on past successes.

That is why continually overtaking the competition is not just a game of speed and resourcefulness. It is a reflection of our relationship with change.

If we see change as a threat, it will exhaust us, and we will keep running breathlessly behind others.

If, instead, we experience it as a natural flow, as a space in which we discover our own strength, we stop playing the game on other people's terms.

The greatest leap is not the one in which we overtake a competitor, but the one in which we go beyond ourselves.

When we dare to leave the safety of the familiar and step into a space that is uncertain, but alive and full of promise.

Then we stop following other people's footsteps and begin to set the pace.

Because in a world where everything becomes outdated faster than ever, the only real strategy is not to find a perfect solution that will last, but to develop the ability to keep moving, learning and renewing ourselves.
