We easily accept the goal while talking about the result. It is more difficult to decide how much time, learning and changing habits we can dedicate to it in our daily life.
Therefore, before making promises, you should look at the actual conditions. What should we do this week? What obligations do we already have? What will we have to move and is that price acceptable?
Effort is important, but it is not a guarantee that every plan will succeed. There are also circumstances that we do not choose. A serious approach to the goal includes an assessment of those limitations, instead of attributing every setback to a lack of discipline or will.
