Share the lessons you’ve learned from your successes and failures. Whenever you can, be a resource to the people around you. If you have access to knowledge and basic information, don’t hoard it. Share it openly. You have much more to offer than you think. Talk about what you tried, what didn’t work, and what you changed afterward.

Be vulnerable. Be willing to talk about your failures, not just your victories. That’s exactly where people connect. Then they realize they’re not alone in their challenges.

That’s often worth more than any perfect piece of advice.
