When an important person leaves our life, familiar habits remain, but the person they centred on is gone. Plans, conversations and the way we imagine the next day change. That loss does not require us to immediately speak of strength.

It's hard to admit that we don't know how to proceed. However, the departure of one person does not mean that everything we know, all the relationships we have and everything that is important to us disappears. Emptiness is real, but it is not our whole life.

Returning to everyday life often starts with small things: a conversation, a completed task, a guilt-free rest. We don't need to forget someone to continue. We need to find a place for ourselves again in the life that has changed.
