A sales method or product that previously worked well may no longer suit customers. Their needs, competitive offers and costs change, so the previous result is not a permanent confirmation that everything should stay the same.
Change should not be introduced just because it is new. It is more useful to monitor where customers stop, which remarks are repeated and what no longer brings the expected benefit. Thus we get a reason for concrete improvement.
A good period of business can be an opportunity to test a different procedure on a limited scale. Then the decision does not arise only under the pressure of falling income. Success is also worth using for learning, taking care to preserve what still suits the users.
