Development does not always have to take the form of a big decision. Sometimes a conversation or a page we read makes us ask a different question about something we have been repeating for a long time.

In order to use that experience, we need to connect it with an action. What will we check earlier next time? Who will we listen to? Which assumption will we no longer take as a given?

It's not enough to look for content that constantly disturbs or inspires us. It is important that we have time to understand what we have heard. Small progress becomes valuable when it is seen in work or in a relationship, even if it doesn't look like a special achievement on the outside.
