Proximity to the customer can change the cost and delivery time, but the location of the plant alone does not solve the issue of trust. The user wants to understand the quality of the product, the availability of service and the conditions after the purchase.
The business decision should therefore be evaluated through the entire cooperation: suppliers, skilled people, maintenance and responsibility towards the environment in which we work. Short-term convenience is not enough if other obligations remain unclear.
Competition cannot be understood only through the origin of the brand. It is important to see what the specific offer enables and how the promises are fulfilled. A new market entrant deserves to be assessed on its results, with standards that should apply to everyone.
